FIELD OF INTEREST
当研究室では質量分析を用いた生体試料の解析を行っています。最新の高分解能質量分析計を用いることで、アイソトープを識別出来る分解能で質量を決定することが可能です。身の回りの物質には多くのアイソトープが含まれており、アイソトープ比を観察することで有機物中の元素組成を推定することも出来ます。我々はそのような質量分析計を用いてタンパク質の研究を行っています。
