The objective of our research is to find the new therapeutic means of atherosclerosis with analysis of the regulatory mechanism of cholestrol level. To achieve this goal, the current study is focused on the molecular mechanism of feed back control system of cellular cholesterol level. Another project is concerned with the development of array chip for the analysis of dynamic recognition system of membrane receeptors.
