Our main purpose is to develop a software tool to build and investigate pathways that are important to understand biology as dynamical systems. Our approach in building pathways is of integrating literature information with use of Natural Language Processing and experimental data. The features of our system are as follows:
- Techniques to give various annotation sets to the biological date sets, for example, genome sequences and Medline abstracts.
- An efficient algorithm of engines for information retrieval and date mining, including SVM, Decision Tree, and so on.
- Easy to use visual interface for representing the results of the analysis. As a theme of incubation Project, our goal is a business.
