HUVEC DB（試験版）公開開始！
〜 血管研究を加速させるＤＢ公開 〜

HUVEC（ヒト臍帯静脈内皮細胞）は、細胞外からの刺激に対する応答を調べるのに最も適した細胞の一つです。
この細胞に対して いくつかの作動薬または阻害剤を加えたときの遺伝子発現プロファイルを、Genechip HG-U133 Plus 2.0 （Affymetrix）で測定しました。
これらのデータベースをWebブラウザでアクセス可能なシステムにし、試験的に公開を開始します。
興味の遺伝子、或いは遺伝子リストをクエリとして、誰でも自由に、簡単に検索できます。

HUVEC-DBは以下の２つのデータセットからなります。
(1): Agonists into HUVEC
HUVEC were treated with either 50ng/ml of BMP (Bone Morphogenetic Protein)-2, BMP-4, Fenofibrate (PPARa agonist), TGF (Tumor Growth Factor)-b, VEGF Vascular Endothelial cell Growth Factor), or IFN (interferon)-g for 0 hour, 1 hour and 4 hours.

(2): TNFa + Inhibitors into HUVEC
HUVEC were pretreated for 30 min with 10uM of MG132, 10uM LY294002, 200mg/dl of Cycloheximide, 10uM of PD98059, or 1uM of K11430 and then incubated in the presence of 10ng/ml human TNF-alpha for 4 h.
