(RCAST), The
University of Tokyo invites applications
for a faculty position at Assistant Professor
level in Cancer Genome and Biology.
The successful
candidate should have a Ph.D., M.D., or an
equivalent degree with a strong record of
research accomplishments in cancer biology,
preferably in the following research areas:
cellular signaling; transcriptional regulation
and chromatin modification; chemical genomics.
The Laboratory has a strong commitment to
both basic and translational biomedical research
and has state-of-the-art facilities for functional
genomics, bioinformatics, protein engineering,
and cellular imaging. Ample opportunities
are available for intra and extramural collaborative
research at molecular, cellular, or systems
level of integration. A successful candidate
will be expected to complement the existing
research strengths of the Laboratory.
